Welcome! I am glad you are here. I believe therapy is a collaborative space where we can work together towards your goals. Whether you are looking to better understand your experiences, heal recent or past pains, improve your relationship with yourself and others, make changes in your daily life, or are just curious what therapy may bring, I would be honored to support you.
In therapy, I take a relational and collaborative approach. I believe you are the expert on you, and we can combine our knowledge to create desired change. We will tailor our work to best meet your needs and goals. I tend to incorporate interventions from the following approaches: cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), attachment, trauma-informed, mindfulness, narrative therapy, strengths-based, client-centered, and family systems.
When relevant, I lean on my experience as a former elementary educator to create developmentally targeted interventions, and to help families understand their child’s unique needs and talents.
Currently, I provide telehealth therapy to individuals and families ages 10 through 99+ who are looking for support with any of the following:
Self-identity exploration
Self-worth / Self-esteem
Life transitions / stage of life
Aging
Family dynamics
Relationship dynamics
Parenting / caregiving
Attachment
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Learning / attention differences
Outside of the office, I enjoy hiking, running, exploring nature, watching a good TV series, and spending time with my close ones including my dog.
