Wanting to use insurance? No problem.
We are in-network to provide psychological services with the following insurance companies:
Optum (which includes United Healthcare, UMR, Medica, UBH, and Surest)
Aetna
Health Partners
Cigna
Blue Cross Blue Shield
America’s PPO/Health EZ
UCare
Medicare
Medicaid/MA
If you plan to use insurance, it is your responsibility to call and verify your benefits, and pay any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles you are responsible for at the time of each visit.
Fee-For-Service
Are we out-of-network with your insurance plan? We offer a fee-for-service option which allows you to still see the clinician you want even if they are out-of-network. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, just let us know and we will provide you with a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. We are happy to guide you on how to do this. When paying for sessions, we accept HSA/FSA or credit card payments. A: Yes, we are in-network with most major insurance providers. However, we encourage each client to verify that Embolden You, LLC (or Jessica Dresden PsyD, LP, LLC) is in-network with their specific plan as each plan differs.

A: We are in-network with HealthPartners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, America's PPO/HealthEZ, Cigna, Ucare, Medicare, Hennepin Health, and Medicaid/MA. However, we encourage each client to call and verify their benefits with their specific plan and pay any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles.

A: Yes, if you do not have insurance that is in-network with Embolden You, self-pay is an option. Consult with your clinician on what their specific self-pay rate is. We also accept HSA/FSA.

A: Yes, oftentimes, people have great OON benefits and are still able to continue their care with us. if we are out-of-network with your insurance, you are responsible to self-pay for your session on the date of service. We can then provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance.

A: We accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA.

A: We do have several clinicians who are in-network with Medicare. Please complete our Contact Us Form to inquire if there is a clinician who could be a good fit for you.

A: The out-of-pocket cost will depend on whether you are utilizing insurance or not. If you are utilizing insurance, we advise that you call your insurance plan to find out what your deductible, co-pay, or co-insurance responsibilities are. If you are self-paying, this will depend on the self-pay rate of the clinician you are seeing. For more information, please complete our Contact form.
