Hello! Whether you’re brand new to therapy or an experienced connoisseur, finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I’m a LMFT with 14 years of experience in the mental health field. One of my goals as your therapist is to provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space. Additionally, I believe an important part of therapy is making sure that clients have the tools and strategies necessary to navigate obstacles and create change.
I’m passionate about helping adolescents (14+) and adults manage the following issues:
Life transitions
Work/school stress
Relationship conflict
Parenting concerns
Substance abuse
Self-esteem issues
My therapeutic approach is down to earth and skills based. Everyone seeks therapy for different reasons and I’m committed to providing a tailored experience for every client. In a typical session, I incorporate mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy and often, even a little humor! The challenges facing us can feel insurmountable - therapy can provide a sense of hope and empowerment during these difficult times. My role is to help you move through whatever challenges you’re facing in a skillful and positive way.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, camping and being outdoors. I would be honored to collaborate with you and support you on this journey!
