What: Group of couples looking to strengthen their relationships following the PREPARE/ENRICH inventory and curriculum. New clients will require an hour-long intake with Megan and Sidney before joining the group.
Clients who would be a good fit: Couples looking to establish a positive foundation in long-term relationships, marriages, and companionships. Couples looking to strengthen their relationship.
What is PREPARE/ENRICH
PREPARE/ENRICH is a $35 inventory couples take to assess strength and growth areas.
Promotes understanding of relationship dynamics and strengths and build skills for growth.
An environment shared with other couples with mutual goals.
It is beneficial for couples who have been together for any length of time to create more confidence and clarity when talking about sensitive topics, insight on how to support one another, visualize your relationship, put facts behind your feelings, and discover ways to open up doors for communication and intimacy.
Some topics we will cover include personality, stress, communication, conflict resolution, finances, spirituality, intimacy, closeness, and flexibility.
* Insurance can be billed. Self-pay is an option for clients who have out-of-network insurance.
