Deciding to start therapy is a huge step toward making the positive change you want for your life. In our work together, my goal is to create an environment where you feel safe being you. I’m there to support you through the highs and lows and bumps along the way. Together, we’ll identify and navigate through the challenges in your life. I will help you learn new skills, gain insights into your thoughts and experiences, and guide you on a path towards achieving your goals.
I believe trust is fundamental to the therapeutic relationship. I will work to help you feel heard, seen and supported, while also challenging you to make positive changes in your life.
I have experience and a passion working with adults (18+) with the following concerns:
Emotional Dysregulation
Life transitions
Parenting Challenges
Life stressors
Self-esteem
Perinatal mood disorder
My therapeutic approach is informed by evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
Outside the office, I can usually be found with my husband, 3 children and dogs! I love to spend time gardening, cooking, reading, DIYing and dreaming about redecorating my house.
